LEGAL & TRANSPARENCY
Terms of service
This editable notice is a starting structure for the brand owner to review before a formal public launch. Legal entity, jurisdiction, operational procedures and contact arrangements require confirmation. It is not a substitute for advice on the requirements that apply to the business.
1. Provider and scope
Scholars365 presents academic tutoring, writing guidance and research-support services. The contracting legal entity, business address, applicable jurisdiction and effective date require confirmation. Website descriptions are general information; a specific service scope must be agreed separately.
2. Academic responsibility
Support centres on learning, planning, discussion and feedback. Students and researchers remain responsible for their own work and for complying with institutional, examination, research-ethics and publisher rules. Services do not include impersonation, examination participation or producing assessed work to be submitted as someone else’s own.
3. Enquiries and service agreements
An enquiry does not itself confirm a booking or create an agreed service. Availability, suitability, deliverables, timetable, price and permitted assistance must be clarified in writing before work begins. The business owner must finalise a consistent process for making and recording those agreements.
4. Fees, cancellations and refunds
Payment methods, currencies, payment timing, cancellation terms, refund conditions and dispute procedures are awaiting business confirmation. No specific policy is asserted by this draft. Applicable terms should be supplied to a client before they agree to purchase a service.
5. Outcomes and resource content
Grades, graduation, journal acceptance and publication are determined by other parties and are not guaranteed. Resource articles offer general educational information. Demonstration articles are labelled; readers should check the instructions that apply to their own work.
6. Materials and intellectual property
Clients should have permission to share any materials they provide and should avoid sending confidential third-party records without authorisation. Ownership, permitted use, handling of client materials and any rights in feedback or learning resources must be addressed in the final service agreement.
7. Liability, complaints and governing law
The provider’s liability terms, complaint procedure, governing law and dispute-resolution arrangements require review by the business owner in light of the actual legal entity and markets served. This draft does not define or exclude any statutory consumer rights.
8. Contact and future features
General enquiries can be sent to matt@scholars365.org. Client accounts, orders, file uploads and AI assistance are future features and are not available in this version. Their introduction will require separate operational, privacy and contractual review.
