FAQ

Before you get in touch

What should I include in an initial enquiry?

Your subject, study level, type of task, deadline and the area you would like to understand or improve are enough to begin. You do not need to send student numbers, identity documents or confidential research records.

Can you complete an assignment or thesis for me?

Our services provide tutoring, planning guidance and feedback. You remain responsible for producing and submitting your own work. We do not provide assessed work to submit as your own.

How are the format and price agreed?

The scope, format, availability and price need to be confirmed after your requirements have been reviewed. The website does not publish a fixed price or promise a response time.

Can I enquire in Chinese or English?

Yes. You can write an initial enquiry in either Chinese or English. The language and suitability of any subsequent support will be agreed with you.

Do you guarantee grades or publication?

No. Assessment and publication decisions are made by institutions and journals. Our focus is on learning, constructive feedback and a clearer understanding of the process.
